Acceptable Use Policy

2.3 Harmful Content

• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors
• Graphic violence, gore, or content intended to shock or disturb
• Self-harm, suicide, or eating disorder promotion
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats
• Pornography or sexually explicit content (except where explicitly permitted)

2.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials
• Trademark infringement or brand impersonation
• Patent infringement
• Theft of trade secrets or confidential information
• Unauthorized use of proprietary software or content

2.5 Security Violations

• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
• Hacking, cracking, or penetration testing without authorization
• Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious code
• Denial of service (DoS) or distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks
• Network scanning, port scanning, or vulnerability exploitation
• Bypassing security measures or authentication mechanisms

2.6 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
• SMS spam or unsolicited text messages
• Push notification spam
• Automated or excessive messaging
• Harvesting email addresses or contact information without consent

2.7 Privacy Violations

• Unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of personal information
• Violation of data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, etc.)
• Doxxing or publishing private information without consent
• Unauthorized surveillance or tracking
• Failure to obtain required user consents

2.8 Deceptive Practices

• False or misleading advertising
• Bait-and-switch tactics
• Hidden fees or charges
• Fake reviews or testimonials
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams
• Misleading claims about products or services

3. Advertising Standards

If you use our advertising platform, you must comply with the following standards:

3.1 Prohibited Ad Content

• Ads for illegal products or services
• Ads promoting dangerous or harmful products
• Misleading or deceptive advertisements
• Ads containing malware or malicious code
• Ads that violate intellectual property rights
• Ads for counterfeit goods
• Ads promoting hate speech or discrimination

3.2 Restricted Ad Categories

The following categories require pre-approval and compliance with additional requirements:

• Alcohol and tobacco products
• Financial services and cryptocurrency
• Healthcare and pharmaceuticals
• Political advertising
• Dating and adult services
• Gambling and games of chance

3.3 Ad Quality Requirements

• Ads must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content
• Landing pages must be functional and relevant to the ad
• Ads must not contain excessive or disruptive elements
• Ads must comply with platform-specific technical specifications
• Ads must not employ deceptive tactics (fake close buttons, misleading CTAs)

4. Publisher Requirements

If you integrate our advertising SDK or serve ads through our platform, you must:

• Maintain a brand-safe environment free from prohibited content
• Not place ads in a manner that encourages accidental clicks
• Not modify, obscure, or interfere with ad delivery or tracking
• Obtain all necessary user consents and comply with privacy laws
• Provide accurate app/site information during registration
• Not engage in traffic arbitrage or incentivized traffic schemes
• Implement ads according to our integration guidelines

5. Data Usage and Privacy

When using our Services, you must:

• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Obtain necessary consents before collecting or processing personal data
• Provide clear and accurate privacy notices to users
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect user data
• Not sell or share user data without explicit consent
• Honor user opt-out requests and data deletion requests
• Not collect data from children without parental consent

6. Enforcement and Consequences

6.1 Violation Response

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning or request for corrective action
• Suspend or limit your access to Services
• Terminate your account and access to Services
• Remove or disable violating content
• Withhold payments or impose financial penalties
• Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Pursue legal action for damages

• URLs, screenshots, or other evidence
